A Norfolk man was arrested for calling and sending text messages to a woman who had a protection order issued against him.
Jonathan Hille, 31, of Norfolk was arrested after police received a report of a protection order violation at 3:27 p.m. Tuesday, said Police Chief Bill Mizner.
A woman told police that Hille had called her and sent text message in violation of a harassment protection order. The officer confirmed that the protection order had been served on Hille and then made contact with him.
Upon further investigation, Hille will face a potential charge of a harassment protection order violation. He was booked into the Norfolk jail and later was transferred to the Madison County jail.
