Type of Community and Homes Available: A former farming community, Camp Springs has some charming, quiet areas of rural beauty. The past few years have brought much housing construction here, and little acreage is available for building now. Houses range from $105,000 to $230,000 in the more desirable subdivisions. Community center has weight room, gym, meeting room, game room and ofiers classes in aerobics, gymnastics, dancing, pre-school activities, piano lessons, roller skating, men's fitness, day camp programs during summer and school holidays. Medical Facilities: Many physicians and dentists; nearest hospitals in Southern Md. Hospital Center.

Shopping:Shopping centers include Marlow Heights, Allentown Mall, and several others.
